The Bell Korhn Team would like to thank Tampa for its ongoing support, which has allowed our team to grow into one of South Tampa’s premiere real estate teams. It is our honor to introduce the people behind the Bell Korhn Team:
Brenda Korhn, with 27 years of real estate experience guides the success of the Bell Korhn Team. Brenda holds a master’s degree in education and taught school for 12 years prior to beginning her real estate career in 1981. Brenda’s main goal is not selling houses, but rather educating her clients on the current and ever-changing market, helping them make the best possible decision. Knowledge is key to making sound decisions and Brenda has emphasized this important value with both our clients and our team.
Kimberly Bell, along with her husband, Travis, continues the family tradition in real estate. Their daughters, Amelia and Ashlyn, are the 4th generationof their family to live in Tampa. With a master’s degree in physical therapy, Kimberly worked for eight years treating patients and managing a therapy clinic. This was another profession where education of clients and professional customer service was key. Kimberly carries this over into her real estate career with the Bell Korhn Team.
Travis Bell, with a business degree in Management Information Systems, previously worked as an executive with Accenture, a fortune 500 company. While at Accenture, Travis led many successful implementations of large-scale information systems, while working closely with business counterparts and managing large teams. Travis brings his vast knowledge of client communications, setting and meeting realistic expectations and obtaining success over to the Bell Korhn Team.
Jason Norton, the Listing Coordinator, began working in real estate in 2005. Jason brings his organizational and imaginative skills to the team in an effort to facilitate their needs in this ever-changing market. Working mostly behind the scenes at the Bell Korhn Team, Jason works to ensure that each and every listing receives the time, effort and individual attention required.
Amy Hightower, our Transaction Coordinator, is the most recent addition to the Bell Korhn Team. After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree, she worked in Residential Real Estate Appraising for 5 years before joining the Keller Williams family in 2005. With a broad knowledge of real estate transactions, Amy enjoys working in a support role for the team to address every need of the closing process.
